Its now expected Samsung may stick with curve body as its being appreciated by people and same material as S6 might with little up-gradation. We expect a edge model with S7 as starting response is being great by people but it totally depend on overall sale of Edge model.
Android version will surely be Android M lets see what Google name it, (may be M and Ms just kidding).
The processor may remain quad core as there no need for more powerful processor, present smartphones cannot use 100% of these quad core processors.it may be 64 bit that will surely speed things up.
4 GB (Giga Bytes) is expected by me in Samsung Galaxy S7.
It may contain a USB C port instead of Mini USB port as USB C is same from both sides and is more convenient in use, Its is expected in all new generation Laptops, Tabs, PCs, smartphones etc. HTC is already announced it in new HTC One models and I expect that Samsung May chase them up if USB C is the future.
New infrared sensors give accurate readings of body temperature, blood pressure, heartbeat etc will be part of S7.
